Using this website
Website content is general information about Windsor-Essex real estate. It is not legal, tax, mortgage, or financial advice, and market figures are dated and can change. Sending a form does not create a client relationship; that starts only with a signed written agreement.
Text-message terms
Program. Matthew Biggley Real Estate Corporation sends text messages for real estate services: replies to your request, appointment scheduling, and property and market information you asked about.
Opting in. You receive texts only if you check the optional text-message box on a website form or ask Matt to text you. Agreeing to texts is never required to send a request.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or call or text 226-906-0340.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
