What this website collects and where it goes.
The site collects only the information a visitor chooses to provide through a contact or offer request, plus limited site analytics configured by the hosting platform.
Lead-form information
A form can collect a name, email address, phone number, property address, service area, timing, selected offer, and message. The information is sent directly to Follow Up Boss so Matt can respond. It is not sent to a third-party form provider or valuation widget.
Purpose and consent
Information is used to respond to the request, provide the selected real estate information, record communication preferences, and maintain a service record. A form will identify required fields and include express consent language for electronic follow-up.
Text messages
When a form receives a U.S. phone number, it shows a separate, optional checkbox to be contacted by Matthew Biggley Real Estate Corporation via call, email, and text for real estate services. It does not have to be checked to send a request. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. They are processed only by the service providers below so Matt can send and record messages.
Calculator information
The net proceeds calculator runs in the browser and does not require contact details. Entered scenarios are not submitted unless a visitor separately sends a request.
Retention and access
Lead-delivery audit records contain only the information needed to diagnose delivery and respond. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, call or text 226-906-0340. Legal, regulatory, security, and recordkeeping requirements may affect retention.
Service providers and safeguards
The website host, Follow Up Boss, and analytics infrastructure may process information to provide their services. Access should be limited, credentials kept server-side, and transmission protected. No internet system can promise absolute security.
