Before you look at a single house

Coffee First

An hour at a table before anyone looks at a house. Not a showing, not a pitch, not paperwork.

What you get

A straight answer, on the spot.

Real estate estimates and plans depend on the information available. Matt will explain uncertainty and identify when a lender, lawyer, inspector, or appraiser is the right next call.

  • Your real monthly number after taxes, insurance, and utilities, not the bank's pre-approval figure
  • The two or three towns actually worth your time
  • What order to do things in, and what to do first
  • An honest "not yet" if that's the right advice

What it isn't

Not a showing, not a pitch, not paperwork. Ontario rules mean there's a form before Matt can show you homes or write an offer. There isn't one for coffee. When there is a form, he'll walk you through it before you sign anything, because you should know what you're signing.

How long, and what it costs

An hour. The coffee, and Matt is buying.

Where

Red Lantern Coffee Co. in Kingsville, Toto, Naked Cup, or Tim's, whichever's closest to you, your kitchen table, or Matt's office in Windsor. Matt is buying either way.
